Evidence-based practice is essential for improving patient outcomes, healthcare quality, and clinical decision-making. However, translating research evidence into routine nursing practice remains challenging due to barriers such as limited research skills, inadequate institutional support, and time constraints. Understanding factors influencing evidence-based practice adoption among nurses is important for promoting research utilization and strengthening professional nursing practice in Nigeria.
